Lunaires
A downloadable daily experiment for Windows, macOS, and Linux
Lunaires is a one-month project made in the spirit of #Inktober. The idea is to produce a small voxel-based game, and to create a new level every day of October 2022. The concept is similar to A Road to Awe, on which I worked during the entirety of 2017.
The game itself is less abstract and aims at a bit more gameplay, with a third-person view and light puzzle elements, but is still spontaneous and experimental, with no other goal than to explore and illustrate a personal creative process.
The current game is extremely minimal. Besides new levels, new features will likely be added over the month, and possibly beyond. This includes updated gameplay, music, visuals, dialogues, and anything I may find interesting along the way.
Of course, the idea is also to share this process, and to let anyone literally play with it. I'll probably release all sources when the game will be complete.
Lunaires is made with RPG in a Box.
Using the Itch app to get the daily updates effortlessly is recommended.

Linux vers crashes on startup. Terminal displays it as a segfault.
Hey, thanks for reporting this. Sadly I've no working Linux install at the moment, so I can't really test it. Are you running a 32-bit system by any chance?
I am not. 64-bit Linux Mint.
64-bit Ubuntu here with the same issue, with the following:
Exit code 0xffffffffff (-1) for (game)
I've pushed a new build, does it work now? Sorry, I can't test it on Linux at the moment.
Hey, sorry for the delay. I've compiled a new build, not sure what went wrong last time, but it had a size problem, maybe something was missing. I still can't test it, so I'm not 100% sure it will fix the issue, but with a little luck it should work.
